Description :	Au fond, apparaît une ville devant laquelle luttent la masse des combattants qu'éclaire un soleil couchant à gauche. De gros arbres sont à des plans rapprochés ; au pied de l'un d'eux, un groupe de femmes sont assises avec un enfant, à droite on fait sortir d'une grotte des rois enchaînés, au premier plan, au centre, un guerrier foule au pied et tue un autre roi. Au premier plan, à gauche, avec deux autres guerriers tête nue, se tient Josué, casqué, s'appuyant de la main gauche sur sa lance et invoquant le Seigneur en tendant la main droite. Le cartouche comportant une inscription chevauche une bordure d'une guirlande de feuillages, de fleurs et de fruits, où sur les bandes hautes et basses s'élèvent deux masques. Un autre masque est accroché au tiets en haut de chaque bande latérale dont la partie basse contient une figure de femme assise sous un baldaquin.
